These terms govern your use of Dawky Arcade. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Dawky Arcade.

The service

Dawky Arcade is a free online multiplayer arcade. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. To close your account, email dawky@designskate.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, threats, or hateful content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or attack the site.
• Scrape the site, send spam, or impersonate another person.
• Post illegal content.

We may mute, kick, or ban you, and we may remove chat, maps, or accounts, if you break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of chat, maps, and profile text you submit. You grant us a licence to host and display that content so the arcade can operate. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Virtual items

Tickets and cosmetics are licensed for use in the arcade only. They have no cash value. We may change, remove, or reset them at any time.

Other users

We are not responsible for what other players say or do.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost progress, virtual items, data, or any other loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If you keep using the site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. You can email us to close your account.

Governing law
